Neighborhood Palestinian Kids Create Their Own Mini Intifada
So I was walking up the stairs this evening when I noticed some kids at the end of our driveway. I looked more closely and realized they were throwing pieces of our broken driven into the street. The three kids were between the ages of about three and six years old. My mom and I went out to stop them. Of course my mom gets a bit too dramatic and says, "Stop, you can't do that!" Terrified for their lives, the kids run towards home, which is only two doors down. The little girl in pink can barely run as she waddles as fast as she can. They left behind a big wheel, which I was going to confiscate (but being a nice guy I didn't). It was like these Palestinian kids were having their own mini suburban intifida, venting their rage against the Israeli cul-de-sac. They get their kids started pretty young with rock hurling. It must be a genetic trait in Palestinians because these tiny tots hurled those rocks quite far all across the road. The IDF (my mom and I) came to clear the roadway and restore civil order. Crazy Palestinians!
